Rates
I offer personalized cleaning for each of my clients. Service cost varies depending on the size, age, condition of home, cleaning frequency and the location of the home.
One time or occasional cleanings are billed at the flat rate of $30.00 per hour. First time cleanings for a new client are billed at $30.00 per hour. After the first cleaning I am usually able to establish a set price for subsequent cleanings. For example,
bi-weekly service for a three-bedroom, two-bath home in the Portland area typically costs $90.00 to $120.00 per cleaning.
Payment Policy
Payment is to be made at the time of the cleaning service, in the form of a check or cash. I cannot process credit card payments. If you are unable to pay at the time of the cleaning please notify me in advance. In an effort to “keep things simple”, I do not routinely generate invoices or receipts for my services. However, if you require an invoice or receipt I would be happy to provide one for you.

Cancellation Policy
I do realize that from time to time unexpected situations arise and you may need to cancel a scheduled cleaning. As my business is my livelihood I have set in place a very firm cancellation policy. This enables me to either schedule another cleaning in place of the cancellation or to recoup part of my lost income.
- If you give me notice of cancellation, by telephone, three (3) days or more in advance there is no cancellation fee. For example, if your scheduled cleaning is on Friday, you would need to notify me before the end of the day (midnight) on Tuesday to avoid a cancellation fee.
- If cancellation notice is given less than three (3) days in advance you will be charged one-half (½) the regular price of the cleaning. For example, if you are normally charged $120.00 for your cleaning , the cancellation charge will be $60.00. Payment for this charge is due at the next scheduled cleaning.
Scheduling Policy
I make every effort to adhere to the set schedule of my client base. You will be notified in advance of any upcoming vacation days I have (which are very minimal). In the event that I am sick or have an emergency I will make every effort to reschedule the cleaning.
In order to accommodate my client's schedules I may sometimes ask to change a particular cleaning day. I will do this only with advance permission of the client and keep it to a minimum. |
